Tonsilitis Red Spots On Tongue What's Causing This?

What's causing this? - tonsilitis red spots on tongue

Recently, I was making a sharp pain on the right side of my throat. It also hurts when I move my tongue. Tonsillitis has been around recently, but I do not think I tonsillitis, since only one side of the throat, but I sometimes have difficulty swallowing. Has anyone seen or have an idea of what might happen? I had the day off to college, because my throat, but I feel sick, and a rash of small red spots appeared on my left thigh.
